Lead Pastor, Scott Wiley is the founding pastor of Word of Hope. He and his wife Pat have three adult sons, Joshua, Caleb & Nathan, two grandsons and one granddaughter. Pastor Scott has a bachelor's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Christian Ministries and a master's degree from South Dakota State University in Counseling and Human Resource Development. He is an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Scott's passion is to help people know Christ and to develop their highest potential in Him.
Assistant Pastor, Lyz Awe, is a founding member of Word of Hope and an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church. She and her husband, Dean, have two adult children, Daniel and Carrie and four grandsons. Pastor Lyz holds an associate's degree from Vennard College in Biblical and General Studies. Lyz's passion is to bring people closer to Christ through prayer and caring ministry.
